Overview
Synthesize is a unique app created for a Juneteenth event celebrating Black culture, creativity, and technology. Developed by Code the Dream Labs with the Black Googlers Network, it uses Google's AI Gemini to turn local murals into new digital art, songs, and poetry. The app debuts at a special event featuring expert talks on art and tech, followed by a hands-on demo with Candy Carver's mural at the American Underground in Durham, N.C. Synthesize offers a fresh, interactive way to experience local art and join the Juneteenth celebrations.
